Board of Directors meetings will be held once-per-quarter.  The following dates are for the remaining board of directors meetings in 2016.

October 25, 2016

Residents are asked to please use the pedestrian gate when returning from a walk, rather than using the keypad to open the electronic gate. Doing this will keep the costs for maintenance and repair of the electronic vehicle gate to a minimum.

The Reserve Study and Maintenance Plan for 2017 is now posted on the Financial Reports page.

The proposal to beautify the plantings along the east side of 24th Avenue leading to our entry gate was put out to bid and a company has been chosen to do the work.  The plan is to be completed this fall.  So look for an improvement soon!

According to a bulletin from CMI, dated August 15, 2016, raccoons have been seen roaming our neighborhood.

VSCC residents are encouraged to keep their garage doors closed and make sure all pet food is inside.
