2018 ANNUAL MEETING
Judy Anders and
were elected to the board for
two-year terms. Judy will serve as HOA Treasurer and Kemper will be the HOA Secretary.
Raccoons may be cute, but their droppings carry disease that can hurt our grandchildren. Please do not feed or encourage them to spend time at VSCC.
D&L Ground Control provides
landscaping services for our HOA.
Service days are Monday afternoons.
* Trimming and pruning of plants will occur over the next few months. D&L trims only new growth. D&L does not reshape shrubs and bushes.
* Back patios will be blown off weekly
* Owners wishing to maintain their own planter beds may obtain a stick from Jeff Lines. The stick will indicate to the gardeners that the owner wants to maintain the entire bed on his/her own.
* Owner complaints or requests related to landscaping or irrigation should be made ONLY to Kim Braaten at AMS. For a schedule of landscaping services, click this link:
D&L Ground Control will pick up yard debris on Mondays, if it is left at the bottom of your driveway.
