SAVE OUR GATE! Please use the pedestrian gate when returning from
a walk, rather than using the keypad
to open the electronic gate.
Sierra Santa Fe will be onsite to begin the micro coating pavement project starting Monday, Sept 25.
The schedule will be as follows:
Monday, Sep 25: sweep, seal and prep - NO ACTION BY RESIDENTS
Tuesday, Sep 26: micro coating starts at 9 a.m. at the entry gate.
RESIDENTS WILL NOT BE ABLE
TO ACCESS or EXIT THEIR
DRIVEWAYS DURING THIS
PORTION OF THE PROJECT.
PLEASE PLAN ACCORDINGLY!
Residents are asked not to drive on the newly resurfaced streets until 6 am Wednesday. Watch for orange cones indicating spots that are still drying.
Wednesday, Sep 27: striping starts at 8 am. NO ACTION BY RESIDENTS
If you have yard debris that you wish to dispose of, please place it in piles or in paper bags in your yard. The gardeners will remove one paper bag per lot, per week.
Do not use plastic bags when disposing of yard debris, as they are not biodegradable.
Don't let your dog use your neighbor's lawn as his restroom!
