a walk, rather than using the keypad 
to open the electronic gate. 

Don't let your dog use your neighbor's lawn as his restroom!

The date of the
next HOA Board Meeting
has been changed. The 
October 15 meeting has been canceled.  The Annual 
HOA meeting will be held in November at a date and 
location to be announced.
Raccoons may be cute, but their droppings carry disease that can hurt our grandchildren.  Please do not feed or encourage them to spend time at VSCC.
Effective September 2018, D&L Ground Control will be providing landscaping services for our HOA. Service days will be Monday afternoons, unless Monday is a holiday, in which case they will perform the work on Tuesday. 
                  PLEASE NOTE:
*  Trimming and pruning of plants will occur over the next few months. D&L trims only new growth. D&L does not reshape shrubs and bushes.
*  Back patios will be blown off weekly
Owners wishing to maintain their own planter beds may obtain a stick from Jeff Lines.  The stick will indicate to the gardeners that the owner wants to maintain the entire bed on his/her own.

D&L Ground Control  will pick up yard debris on Mondays, if it is left at the bottom of your driveway.
