FENCE PRESURE WASHING, ROOF CLEANING & MOSS TREATMENT
SEP 29 & SEP 30
At the Board of Directors meeting  on Aug. 28, the board approved a landscape design for the vacant lot.  The meeting was held on the vacant lot at VSCC and a majority of homeowners attended and gave the board thumbs up on the new design and the costs of the project. The design is by Tam Le Van of Le Van Landscaping, Vancouver.

To see a drawing of the design, go to the Board Meeting Minutes page on this website.

Some homeowners have offered to contribute plants that they no longer want in their gardens to the project.  If you would like to do this, open the link directly below and fill out the form to be submitted to the land-scaper.
This year, the HOA's Annual Homeowners' Meeting and Holiday party will be held in the Commons at Salmon Creek Elementary School at 1601 NE 129th Street in Vancouver.  The school is located on 129th Street just west of the I-5 overpass on the left side of the street when traveling west. The event will be from 6 to 9 p.m.

There will be a business meeting, a discussion of plans for 2015 and a summary of the HOA's accomplishments in 2014.  The meeting will be followed by a party with potluck refreshments.  You will be contacted by the potluck committee as to what to bring. It should be a great opportunity to visit with neighbors and enjoy some holiday cheer.
