Board of Directors meetings will be held once-per-quarter. The following dates are for the remaining board of directors meetings in 2016.

Residents are asked to please use the pedestrian gate when returning from a walk, rather than using the keypad to open the electronic gate. Doing this will keep the costs for maintenance and repair of the electronic vehicle gate to a minimum.
The Reserve Study and Maintenance Plan for 2017 is now posted on the Financial Reports page.
At the HOA Board of Directors meeting held on July 26, 2016 a proposal was presented by Kathy Walker that was signed by 27 VSCC homeowners.
The proposal requested that the HOA take steps to beautify the plantings along the east side of 24th Avenue leading to our entry gate and to look into having our perimeter fence installed behind the arbor vitae that are currently there and continuing towards 129th St. to near the corner.
The board asked that Kathy come up with a detailed plan that can be used for bids on such a project. Bill Lynch will assist with the plan. It was pointed out that the land in question was deeded to Clark County, but that our HOA maintains the landscaping on it.
RACCOONS ON THE LOOSE
According to a bulletin from CMI, dated August 15, 2016, raccoons have been seen roaming our neighborhood.
VSCC residents are encouraged to keep their garage doors closed and make sure all pet food is inside.
